Great Staff Two middle aged women had a wonderful time. This is my 5th all inclusive and 3rd time to Mexico. The staff made the vacation seem perfect. Check in was a breeze--no problems. If you are not a timeshare member you get a sub par room on the lower level. I was told the rooms on the 7th, 8th and 9th floor were very nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor room 305 you could hear the restaurant noise, at certain times during the day up to about 10 p.m.The food was "ok" breakfast was the best. The entertainment was good. The staff was great, the food was great with plenty of options and varieties. The resort is in an excellent location. The only thing was that we stayed on the first floor with view to the pool and there was too much noice late at night with the music and really early in the morning with the staff. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
White Sand, Blue Ocean and Superior Service The Royal is an older building in need of updates, but the staff service, quality of the food and its location on the beach make up for this older building. 3/4 of the rooms on every floor have a view of the ocean, the other rooms view the Lagoon. Remember that there are four large condo buildings to the north paying top dollar for a view of the Lagoon too.

Overall everything was ok. It is a beautiful hotel ,but found a " ravet" insect in my room that I think was disgusting. They have few activities going on during the day, I enjoy the 8.30PM shows. Food was OK.

vacation in Cancun I was on the 4th floor ocean and pool view, and it excellent. The food was good, expecially when you factor in the pricing . Dining areas are very nice pool is excellent and the beach is great!

Great resort for my birthday week The resort was great the food was good can't complain just a hint if u need more perks just tip the waiters and bartenders And u get exclusive things and ask for Abraham he's treated me so well on my stay
