Great beach location Great stay, staff friendly, very clean all hotels area, about 15 drive to and from airport, you can catch the local bus from in front of the hotel to go to down town shopping area of Cancun. That's if you can leave the beautiful beach and the cocktails....Breakfast is great, buffet is great which doesn't need booking. Some restaurants need you to book it. Tipping is expected to all that serve you. So enjoy your stay in sunny Cancun ....
On the ocean. Close to shopping and nIght life. Not a lot of information upon arrival. Missed out on our lobster dinner. Reservations. Family separated on same floor. But good location good time
Go to relax not to party If your trying to go for a party this is not the resort for you. The food could be better. Other than that it was very relaxing and close to alot of bars.

Nice hotel great staff close to the beach We are a couple in out 40s stayed 10 days in Sunset. Had a big nice comfortable room with an ocean view. Enjoyed being by the pool and all the all inclusive treats drinks and efficient pool bar. Good linch snack and better even at the 2 restaurants. Elcapitans volleyball beach and pool daily. No todo es como aparece en las fotos En general, podemos decir que nos fue bien, sin embargo, con algunos inconvenientes, principalmente el acceso a la playa en el que no se cuenta con elevador, únicamente con escaleras peligrosas que le ocasionaron una caída a mi esposa. Por otra parte no se cuentan con todos los servicios que supuestamente debiera tener el hotel según su página de internet, tales como: servicio a habitaciones, sala de computadoras, batas y pantuflas, escritorio y falta de vajilla y útiles de cocina. Relaxing hotel with friendly staff We have four nights here Mon-Fri, and our trip was just to relax the whole time, no adventuring or touring. The room was very clean and large. I read a review from before that it was renovated this year(2016), so everything seemed new and clean. The view was right on the pool and the beach, which was spectacular.
