No todo es como aparece en las fotos En general, podemos decir que nos fue bien, sin embargo, con algunos inconvenientes, principalmente el acceso a la playa en el que no se cuenta con elevador, únicamente con escaleras peligrosas que le ocasionaron una caída a mi esposa. Relaxing hotel with friendly staff We have four nights here Mon-Fri, and our trip was just to relax the whole time, no adventuring or touring. The room was very clean and large. I read a review from before that it was renovated this year(2016), so everything seemed new and clean. The view was right on the pool and the beach, which was spectacular. Nice location. About 10 minute walk to coco bongo Overall good hotel. Okay dining experience since there are really 2 main restaurants and 1 grill and bar outside near the pool area. Try their pina coladas --omg the best!!! Please get all inclusive deal because it is worth it and includes room service until 10pm. Room sheets were a little dirty and there were ants on the island bar in kitchen area in room but ants were not coming near food surprisingly so we did not have a problem, but they were still there. great location Very friendly staff, location is close to the clubs and bar - about a 5-10 min walk. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only issue I had was the food which for me was below average and some descriptions on the menu was not what you got or certain ingredients mentioned was not in there. Overall I would recommended only for location.
It was ok The location was perfect, hotel staff, specially in the aquarium restaurant, kind of rude. Small pool, but the beach was perfect, more variety in food.

Agradable , por estar cerca de la playa Fue razonable, pues la cama era pequeña, lo cuarto antiguo, para cenar en el restaurante tenía que hacer reservas e no comemos pues no había mais hora, eso me molestó mucho pues no sabíamos porque no avisa cuando uno llega para de programar, quedé dos Dias e no pude cenar como gostaria, tuvimos que comer lo único que tenía buffet junto com el show
