Cancun De rommene som har balkong ligger på baksiden med utsikt mot lagunen, det er egentlig greit da det blåser en del på den andre siden.
Royal Sunset All Inclusive Quando entrei no site achei o hotel o máximo, com banheira, internet e o All Inclusive me chamaram a atenção. Mas fora o sorriso sempre no rosto e o bom atendimento dos funcionários não sobra nada. Na descrição do hotel diz que tem 4 restaurantes, mas só funcionam mesmo 2, e no almoço a comida é a mesma, eles tiram de um restaurante e levam pra o outro, a "jacuzzi" nunca estava quente, água gelada sempre, a internet só funciona no hall do hotel. Nice clean property, great service and staff, limited restaurant service. We had a good experience at the royal Sunset. The staff and services were great. There were only 3 restaurants open and 1 of them doubles as the pool snakc bar during the day. Food was good, but mostly buffet based with limited a la cart service in evening by reservation. Poolside entertainment is very limited. Evening shows were very good, but limited due to the recent storm. The only proproblem was with our room sereservation. We had requested a hand... read more

Not bad for the money you pay Overall not a bad hotel, inside is modern and up to date. airport transportation is not complimentary, only Wi-fi in the lobby area, only 2 restaurants even though they advertise 4 and food is okay but not mexican and normally same every night. also they water down the alcohol so its impossible to get drunk unless all you drink is beer. rooms are great, clean and maids do a very good job. pool is nice, little shallow ocean is right outside your room and its gorgeous white beaches. it is in a gre... read more
nICE hOTEL Hotel was great. What I did not like was the sales pressure from other organzations operating within the hotel.
Cancun vacation The hotel and its staff were very good, however, the entertainment leaves a lot to be desired. The inclusive meals were good but the same fare was offered every day which made it quite a bore.
Excellent Resort! I had an excellent experience staying at this resort and would love to go back. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was good, the location was AMAZING! By far the best vacation I have ever had. Perfect stay in paradise!
Great time in cancun We had a great time !! Hotel was great upon arrival we were outside smoking and the bell hop came out to find out what did we want to drink and then brought them right to us... We checked in great everyone was nice we ate at the buffet breakfast was ah and the other food was just okay ..... We ate the back alley taco places which were awesome!!
