Fantastic Very very fantastic such as food, room, pool, etc.
Great vacation spot The staff were excellent at this hotel. They assisted in any way they could and were very friendly. The pool bar boys ( looked like brothers) were awesome as well as the lobby bar tender as well. All of our restaurant waiters/waitresses were very efficient as well. When we checked in they gave us a room that already was occupied. Not sure how that could happen with everyone in their computer system. I am sure at 1 am they weren't too impressed either. Average hotel in Cancun Sunset Royal is valuable accomodation in hotel zone. Cheap price and average all inclusive service. However I feel not good as following two bad points. First, I forgot receiving 100$ spa credit as promotion when I check in. But check in staff didn't say about that. Second, The room has strange smell like mold. Aisle also(5th floor)
cancun is great great location, Daniel - waiter in italian rest. was GREAT, hotel going thru remodeling- noisy 9am to 8pm, food good in italian rest., load music from 8pm to 10:30pm you can hear thru walls/door. Pool only 3 1/2 ft deep. They do have boat that's free, that goes to another of their resorts which is nice, deeper pools.
Good service! Hotel needs some upgrades from the inside. faucets are old and tricky. Construction to top floors during siesta time 12pm-5pm was really annoying!! great location from cancun clubs and bars! Short walk. Great service from wait staff! Drinks feel watered down at times???
Food was readily available, very good assortment. Unfortunately, I had a fall, however, the rail next to bed was there to catch myself, I might have broke a wrist or hip. I only sustained a bruise on my right arm.
Bom hotel, mas... O hotel é confortável, bem localizado e com staff atencioso. Bom café da manhã e refeições com bastante variedade (embora tenham o mesmo gosto). Open bar e tudo liberado na geladeira do quarto (com 3 opções de cerveja). Pegamos um preço promocional e, em contrapartida, tivemos que comparecer a uma reunião em que tentam nos convencer a comprar uma cota do clube de férias (2 horas de chatice com um mexicano que ficou grosso quando dissemos não), mas pelo preço valeu a pena. TE OBLIGAN A ESCUCHAR EL RCI de llegada te dicen que es obligatorio escuchar una charla de medio dia acerca del RCI y si no quieres según debes pagar 100 $ adicional por noche.... el personal de la parte de la piscina es muy amable pero no se da a basto a atender a todos los huéspedes esto debido a que también van personas de hoteles adicionales, mas todo aquel que escucha la charla del RCI de los ooooootros hoteles de su cadena asi que la piscina parece un balneario publico
