Great family vacation for a great price We had a group of 18 people. We had a blast. The hotel was very nice and everyone that works there are very friendly and they all make you feel like part of their family. The food was very good. I really recommend the hotel. I will definitely come back.
great we had a great vacation the location of the hotel was awesome right on the beach in the hotel zone with amazing lagoon views. The staf where friendly and willing to help with any questions. Awesome food and drinks
Holidays at the Sunset Royal Cancun The hotel was ok, but what made our stay really pleasant was the good service and kindnes of the staff. Mind you, they could have put a little more effort on the food, being an all inclusive hotel, they tended to recycle the previous night-s dinner, but we had a good time generally speaking. The entertainment team didn't think of many activities to entertain teens. They could have organized a soccer game on the beach or something of the sort
Nicest of the Cancun Sunset Hotels This was definately the classiest of the 4 sunset chain. Well organized and the food was pretty good. The a la carte was excellent but the menu is exactly the same at each resort. I'd return but maybe stay at the Ocean spa as it wasn't as hectic. More relaxing and a bit more laid back.
Most accomodating staff The staff were accomodating to all our requests and were very friendly! Very happy with my stay here!

Forkælelse med pragtfuld udsigt Dejligt hotel med afslappende atmosfære og rigtig god mad. Fremragende service. God beliggenhed med gangafstand til midtby på hotel tangen i Cancun og bus lige udenfor døren til nem transport andre steder i Cancun. Stranden er ikke børnevenlig og der er ikke mulighed for at snorkle, istedet er der mulighed for afslapning i gode liggestole på stranden med barservice.
Great Sunny Vacation I loved the location..everything in walking distances..the beach was so beautiful....the rooms were awesome..so decorative....
