Great time in cancun We had a great time !! Hotel was great upon arrival we were outside smoking and the bell hop came out to find out what did we want to drink and then brought them right to us... We checked in great everyone was nice we ate at the buffet breakfast was ah and the other food was just okay ..... We ate the back alley taco places which were awesome!!
Cancun Aug 2011 Very nice Hotel for the money, restaurants are a little expensive but great hotel.
Ok Good food but doesn't vary much day to day; GREAT waiters. Took a few hours from getting there to them having rooms ready. We were supposed to have our room next to the couple we went with but instead were on different floors; however our room was nicer than what it was supposed to be. Beach was great and the hotel was beautiful.
Sunset Royal Cancun The room was incredible. We had a friend who missed her connection due to plane delays and did not have any place to stay. Our room had a large bed like sofa, and the hotel was very accommidating in arranging for her to stay with us for a small additional fee. Security is tight and no one is allowed in the hotel past the lobby with out a braclet. Although quite a distance from the airport and center of the city, the view and the beaches were incredible. would go back service was always polite,and very helpful with all question asked.the bad things was that all the english tv channles had a very low volume with no way to turn them up.and the food was plentifull but not very good.

great accommadations I engaged in nightlife activities and events Food was in the hotel and more places to eat also in walking distance.Beach and pool are located within the hotel.It was great.
