visit for a wedding To many promotion packages, I think they cater to people who are interested in the timeshare. I didn't care for making reservations for dinner. The food places at the hotel close around 9. U couldn't go to their other hotels and eat or enjoy what they had to offer if u didn't purchase a certain package. Only offered shuttle rides to their other facilities.
Very nice place people and nice location I enjoyed this place very much. I recommend this hotel because the employees are very nice and helpful. A few people that I cherish very much are Felix in the lobby, Jose, Jorge, Jonathan, and all the people in the restaurant . The food was very delicious.

JUST OK OK, IT WAS JUST OK. A BIT DISAPPOINTING, WAS MORE EXCITED JUST THINKING AND PLANNING, NOT SO FOR THE STAY ITSELF.
Great budget all-inclusive My friends and I found an amazing deal at Royal Sunset for a 5-day stay, and it was a really great location to hang out by the pool and just relax. We also did a one-day excursion to Chichen Itza, which was a pretty average day tour (I would spring for deluxe tours if you can afford it). Spa was great, employees were very friendly, and the only detractor was the food. Beach was gorgeous. Walking distance to everything We were a little leary of all the comments about the vacation property presentation. Even though it seemed like you are treated a little different unless you are a member, it was still a great time. My wife and I had not had a vacation in over 2 years and this was perfect. We did nothing but enjoy our rest and relaxation. It was also being nice to be close enough to go shopping too. We cannot wait to go back!!! pierdes tu tiempo bien, lo que pasa que mi reservacion era habitacion doble osea camas dobles alo que medieron una sola cama , y yo no se por que es obligacion de uno , pero desde que llegas ya te esta esperando una persona para venderte las mentadas membresias k dese el principio les dices que no las quieres y te hacen PERDER 5 HORAS o hasta todo el dia de tus vacaciones para venderte algo que no te interesa en lo mas minimo deveriamos de ponernos todos en alerta y saber que hacer en esos casos como decir NO
Excelente habitación El hotel familiar o más bien para adulto mayor y el ambiente es total y absolutamente aburrido. La comida del restaurant tenedor libre no es muy buena, ya que pareciera que reutilizan la comida diariamente cambiando las preparaciones. Sin embargo el resto de los restaurantes están muy bien.
