pierdes tu tiempo bien, lo que pasa que mi reservacion era habitacion doble osea camas dobles alo que medieron una sola cama , y yo no se por que es obligacion de uno , pero desde que llegas ya te esta esperando una persona para venderte las mentadas membresias k dese el principio les dices que no las quieres y te hacen PERDER 5 HORAS o hasta todo el dia de tus vacaciones para venderte algo que no te interesa en lo mas minimo deveriamos de ponernos todos en alerta y saber que hacer en esos casos como decir NO
Beach was gorgeous. Walking distance to everything We were a little leary of all the comments about the vacation property presentation. Even though it seemed like you are treated a little different unless you are a member, it was still a great time. My wife and I had not had a vacation in over 2 years and this was perfect. We did nothing but enjoy our rest and relaxation. It was also being nice to be close enough to go shopping too. We cannot wait to go back!!! GENERALMENTE SOLO BIEN CON RESPECTO AL HOTEL NO HAY MUCHO QUÉ DECIR, SE VE MEJOR EN LAS FOTOGRAFÍAS QUE PRESENTAN, NO PARECE DE LAS ESTRELLAS QUE INDICAN, LA UBICACIÓN NO ES TAN BUENA, TIENES QUE TOMAR TRANSPORTE A LOS CENTROS COMERCIALES QUE ESTÁN CERCA (COMO A 15 O 20 MINUTOS CAMINANDO), CUANDO LLEGAMOS NO NOS INDICARON CUÁLES ERAN LOS SERVICIOS QUE TENÍA EL HOTEL, NI LA UBICACIÓN DE LOS RESTAURANTES, LA ALBERCA ES MUY POCO PROFUNDA, LA PLAYA NO ES MUY TRANQUILA, LO QUE EN OTRAS PLAYAS DE OTROS HOTELES SÍ. good foods its a decent hotel... just remember its a 3 star hotel and dont expect too much but over all thats a good one with great foods and awesome beach view
Wonderful Vacation!!! Traveled with a group of 13..We had a wonderful time at this resort..The view is amazing..The staff was great..especially Jorge around the pool..The activities staff were very friendly and kept us entertained. The shows were good..The food was very good..The hotel was clean..There were plenty of chairs by the pool and on the beach. We had access to the members area but never used it. The drinks were good..The location is perfect b/c its walking distance to most everything!

Mas o menos El personal de uno de los restaurantes brindan muy mala atención, y aparte si compras el paquete con alguna agencia te obligan a asistir a una platica de tiempos compartidos y eso no lo especifican en tu compra...
overall a good experience The room we were given was close to one of the restaurant's store room. Every night we hear some loud thudding sounds of cuttlery and some other loadings at 11 PM which used to wake us up. Most of the restaurant waiters were good and friendly. Julian was our favourite. The concierge tried to mandate the optional time share thingy.. on us but we told her that we talked to agent before booking and they confirmed that it was optional.
