I understand that in July the seaweed level is high, but at least the hotel should clean up what ends up on the shore. All the noises of washing dishes coming from the kitchen could be heard in the room until after midnight. Smelling the aroma of cooking when you go to eat at a restaurant is normal, but not every time you leave your room at any time of the day.
The worst place to stay if you’re looking for all inclusive resorts. Food are extremely bad and not to mention the liquor are watered down. Daily activities are not a thing for me and everything else is just the worst place to stay at.
Very limited foods
I would never stay at this property again. From January 6th to 11th, I booked Sunset Royal after an error with my reservation at LeBlanc, needing something nearby to stay close to family. Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards. The lobby was underwhelming, with one small bar, a basic pool view, and open doors 24/7, making the area uncomfortably warm. First off the beach is great... but the property needs a lot of work. The food and beverage part of the hotel needs to scrap everything and start over. The Italian restaurant lunches served the most mediocre cuts of meat and pork. The burger was a flat paddy and I'm not sure what it was made out of. Service is bad outside the hotel on the patio by the pool and on the beach, I waited for an hour for drinks at the pool even though the pool was barely occupied. Horrible… Please, please stay away! My stay at this property was a waste of time and money. The food and drinks they served were horrible, so we were not able to eat anything but instant noodles during the stay. In the end, we had no choice but to leave earlier than planned and canceled the remaining days. However, they declined a refund. It was the worst experience in my twenty-year travel life. I strongly recommend Expedia should eliminate this property from their list. Please, please trust me; don't choose this.
