Pesimo servicio. En general servicio pésimo!!! La comida mala, pedí una ensalada de sardina, con aceitunas, tomate y aderezo de limón y miel y me llego la lechuga más barata, atún y dos aceitunas. My wife and I stayed for two nights at this hotel after our flight was delayed for a few days. Pros: Nice beach, great waves, rooms are big and have a kitchenette Cons: Food is not good, I don't know how to describe it, but it's really bland and there is very little variety. My wife is a vegetarian and there was almost nothing for her to eat. The atmosphere inside the hotel is weird. It has a very old feeling. The worst hotel ,The worst customer service and service
Not happy overall .
the food is average and we got a room full of mold. Not to mention that the room was at the first floor where one of the restaurants is and it was impossible to get some decent night rest because of the loud noises
Sorry but I’m being real. The service was great but the room was average and overpriced in my opinion....won’t stay here again.

It’s really good situated, but everything is just so old and outdated not going back for sure.
Octavio front desk extremely rude our check in process took almost an hour. . Not polite. Food was not great do not recommend. C Our room key was very difficult to use some didnt work at all even after getting new ones. If it wasnt for Francisco our stay would have been horrible. He really treated us well and was very polite
