great stay and service NA
Unbeatable facilities for the price Very nice hotel for that price. Nice staff and beautiful facilities. I really love to be there again.
Everyone PLEASE STAY AWAY!! No a/c in the lobby or restaurants. Lobby is always full of time share representatives. So you can’t sit there and relax. staff especially the front is so rude. They will lie to your face even when you show proof. Night staff is the best. Rooms have mold. Cleaning ladies and servers are the best!!
the hotel was very clean the food is too limited the staff put more attention to white people and the drinks was horrible and the servixss at the bars too

Not much to like, poor service
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We paid a significant amount for the room and even more to upgrade to the all-inclusive package, expecting to be able to enjoy the hotel’s amenities during our stay. However, we quickly discovered that many of the facilities advertised were not actually available to guests. When we tried to book services such as massages or use certain facilities like the gym, we were told these were only accessible if you became a member. First of all I had booked a king size and they gave us 2 twins and a handicap room. So I went to the front desk and told them so they can change our room and the manager told us room 905 so we went up stairs and when we walked in there were towels all on the floor on the side of the bed and in the showers the soap and shampoo dripping down the wall and to top it off the bed had pubic hairs and also on the pillows.
