The mechanic obviously didn't know how to do his job.quoted me a price of $11000.00 to replace my transmission when I fixed the problem myself for $35.00 plus he wanted to replace a motor mount that does not need to be replaced plus a couple hundred dollars for a coolant reservoir. Ford needs to admit to their screw up with the Ford focus 2012 thru 2019 models and fix the problem with more than the so called transmission programming problems.
This service never happened. It was scheduled without my knowledge for no reason. Typical of this place; which is why I don't take it there anymore.
Service was ok other than that they put in oil additive that I didn't request and charged me for it...
I'm on my 4th service technician since January of 23! At my latest appointment, my attitude was mirrored by my service tech.
When calling I was told no appointment was needed to replace the F-150 battery, and it was in stock. Next week I checked in my truck, waited in the waiting room, and was told no battery was available, suggesting I shop for 2 hours, my cell would be called when a battery arrived. I never received a call, I drove back home, wasting an afternoon. No maintenance was done on my truck, no call, no battery!
The director is a bad guy Worst manager I have ever seen in my 50 years of coming to a Ford dealer.
It seems there is always something broken in the garage that causes a long wait in the waiting room.
I went to the dealership 2 days, because they didn't want to come down 250$ and the game they played over that small amount was frustrating, they are supposed to give you a deal on Holiday weekends, but instead they added some things you don't want or need, In the purchase of a car ( those hidden charges to drive the cost of the car up) they had added the cost of Low Jack , and paint protection, which added over 1400$ Ito the purchase, which isn't things you need when your paying cash for a used car, After I purchased the ca... read more

This was the worst car shopping experience of my life. I set up an appointment to see the exact vehicle I wanted, the salesperson confirmed the night before and the morning of the appointment, only to tell me after filling out paperwork in person that the car I wanted was already sold. I had driven over an hour to get to this dealership too. The most unethical business practices. I will never buy from them.
