My service advisor Joe was very prompt when I arrived and was very knowledgeable regaarding all of my questions. The car was ready when promised, and all of the work was done correctly.

My service person, Joe H, was great in trying to get my trucks computer updated. The oil change and tire rotation were done quickly, the BCM update took 5 days. The problem came when Ford technical services was not able to provide a simple update through their computer. It takes 10-20 minutes to load new software into my home computer and 5 days for Ford to update a processor. There is no reason, unless the BCM is broken, that software updates should take more than a few minutes. The software needs to be readily available an... read more
