My truck was in for a major repair 3 times and the replacement part was never replaced as it was on back order. When I called the shop 2 weeks after the last visit to see about the part being ordered, the service advisor said he would check and never called back. Poor follow through and not thorough in checking everything while being in the shop.

Liked that the roughened paint area was buffed and smoothed. Very much disliked the rude treatment I endured. No communication subsequent to my initial discussion of the issue during a two hour wait.

The positive was my battery concern was quickly resolved. However, I was not given a checklist of the items covered and status from the multipoint inspection. My receipt indicates that my tires were rotated. That was not done, per my request. That means it should not have been listed as having been done as part of my service.

Took to long get my vehicle with a new engine. Did get a rental

Took the vehicle in for recalled items, also had a check light on. There communication was terrible, they had my car for 2 weeks and when I got it back, they rummaged through my glove box left the papers on the floor and my car looked as though it had been through a dust storm. I'm new to this are and unfortunately for future work will locate a different Ford Service Center.
