Once you can get into the shop they do a good job. It took over 2 weeks to get an appointment and then the recall part I took it in for wasn't available so still have to take it back again. I would like to take it in for the oil changes but they want $79 to just change the oil when you can get it done anywhere else using good oil for under 40. Their check in and check out is good and easy and the service people are very friendly so if they could just get you in sooner and have the part I would give them a 5 star rating. They... read more
