Way over quoted for a job. $4,500 for a water pump. My true cost was $55 for the parts and $800 for the labor. When I asked why it was so high, the reply was "we added a few hundred extra just encase we break something taking it out." I picked up my RV the very next day and took it somewhere else to be fixed by a mechanic that knows what he is doing.

Told the salesman I would not be happy to make the long drive to the dealership and the car not being there (some dealerships tell you they have the car you want to get you on the lot). As I am walking out the door to go to the dealership the phone rings and the salesman said he cannot find it and latter tells me they loaned it out to a customer who was having their car worked on. He said he would call me as soon as the car was back. Two weeks later and still no phone call. Imagine that.

Horrible experience. Sent a complaint to the service department manager and still have not heard from them. A girl called on the phone asking me how it went I told her not good check my email and call me. That was 5 days ago have heard nothing. Got an email survey from them again, told them I was unhappy and wanted a call that was thursday. no call. Thursday. I called and left a message with a service employee named Joe still no call from a manager.Horrible customer service. Will never go there again.

Came upon this dealership pre approved and they in turn ran my credit again when we specifically asked them not to and to just send our purchase order to our credit union. To top of off they sent in the purchase order for $10,000 more than the car was listed for and $5,000 above what we agreed on....

I scheduled a routine service (oil & filter change) for 12:25 pm. At arrival, I was told there may be a wait because there were limited mechanics available because of their lunch time. -- I would've liked to have known this; I wouldn't have scheduled at "their lunch time". I waited over 2 hours! Although everyone was pleasant, I felt I was detained too long.

Waited nearly three hours for an oil change, with a scheduled appointment. They forgot to rotate my tires and mentioned my tires have 25% life remaining. I had brand new tires installed two weeks ago, they never did look at the tires. Service advisor was great, but he was embarrassed. I would not recommend this dealership.
