Very poor coordination between the service tech and customer. They do not return phone calls. A day and a half for a 4 hour job. Even picking up the vehicle was much more complicated than a good dealership. I think the mechanic probably did a good job but no feedback. I asked for the tires to be checked and no two were the same or right.

Was told Three different prices for an oil change each time it increased by 20 $. Started at $65 then it went to $85 when I paid it was $102 Pretty good scam.
The change was done OK. Service advisers were not available when I arrived. I booked a basic oil change on line and they tried to up sell me a more expensive service, which they say did but didnt. Tire rotation and inspection not done as stated. They tried to over charge price of oil change compared to price booked online. Will never go to Surprise Ford again.
won't be back there except to get the paint protection on my car, I guess since they can't get a supply of cars to sell they try to strong arm you into buying everything else

The software update to the brake controller was completed. To take 28 hours after the vehicle was turned in at the appointed time was a bit excessive, I believe.

I sat for 3 hours. Then, they finally decided to pull my truck in for an oil change. Terrible experience. No respect whatsoever for their customers time. This happens every time we take our vehicles in, without fail. Would not recommend- now, or ever.

Brought the truck in for warranty and non warranty work. They got the suspension parts and installed them and had it back to me the next day. They could not get to the warranty work for 2 weeks so they said to bring it back on a certain date. I brought it in and never heard back from them. They just had to install a new gasket on the upper and lower oil pans. At the end of the second day I call and ask why my truck is still parked in the lot. They havent had a chance to get to it.
