Service was better than expected as always! My service advisor Ashley was the best service advisor Ive ever had!!! Surprise Ford hands down has the best service department ever!!
They addressed my concerns. And told me itll take 3-4 weeks for the ordered parts to come in. My tranny shudders sometimes on my 2013 Ford Fiesta SE w/24k miles on it. But Im still waiting for them to contact me when the parts arrive, so this review isnt yet complete.

Thorough diagnosis, excellent technicians, complete efficient service. Great job, great service.
Right front turn signal did not work. The technicians found signal circuits damaged in multiple locations in the front bumper ... they told me that rodents apparently chewed through the wires. They replaced the damaged parts and got my car back to me in under 3 hours. Happy with the work done by the service department.
