We went 40 miles to see a car that was the right year and mileage. We tried to negotiate the price and it was 3 hours before they talked to three other people and decided they would drop the price on then vehicle. One more hour to wait for financing. 2 days later, we were sent an e-mail showing the car we bought had been reduced $1000 below what we paid for it. We contacted the dealer and have not heard from them. Be careful.

Quoted way to high price for repairs. Went to another ford dealer and was quoted half the price

Took vehicle in for recall service. Was told service one recall was complete & would have to wait on the other. Asked for a receipt to show which services were complete. Service advisor went to get my receipt. Started telling my that their mechanics were incompetent and never filled out their information properly. Finally came to me and explained that they actually did not do anything to my vehicle. They would have sent me away thinking the recall had been complete when it actually had not

I will never take my car back to surprise ford
i called and told them i had a 2019 Lincoln MKC and asked for a price on oil change They of course charged much more and would not honor the price i was told so to me it becomes a principle...i will not go back there

My pickup was there for over a month and was never touched.
They dont even deserve any stars. Poor service. Poor communication. Had car entire day for a check engine light and A/C check. After waiting all day for updates I went by only to find out nothing had been done. It was sitting on a lift with no tech around. I told them to pull it down and bring it out front. They forgot to tighten back down the plastic under the engine so it was dragging on the road. Poor, poor customer service and communication!!!
It took almost 3 hrs to do an oil change that I had an appointment for. Then they didnt wash the truck like they always do. I have an extended warranty through ford and they never know I have it, I have to tell them every single time. I have mad many issues with this this dealership and will no longer be using them for anything!!
