Being overcharged on something as simple as an oil change. Flyer price for oil change sent out by Surprise was substantially lower than what was charged. I showed the service technician a copy of the flyer I was told that the difference was because I did not request the tire rotation. I did opt out of the tire rotation due to the tires on the front and back being different sizes.

Came in, had a deal worked out, almost bought a car, just asked they hold it while we get the money moved from other accounts. Said they couldn't do it and instead wouldn't stop demanding we do a "backup contract" and run credit despite my instruction not to. After a back and forth they came back with an offer that was not the agreed amount and said it was the final bid. Bought a vehicle from a different dealership that respected my wishes to not have my credit run and worked with me on price.

Read your contract is all I can tell you. Do not trust anything that comes from their mouths.now this disabled veteran is without gap coverage and an overpriced warranty. Sad to take advantage of people.

It hasn't been great. Lied to and mislead more than I expected from a dealership. I know that's part of the business but it was definitely overkill, especially when I asked specific questions. And I'm even out on Gap coverage, which I thought was included. We'll see if they "make things right" for this disabled veteran. If not, I have to proceed with a complaint with BBB and reaching out to the attorney general for help. Beware if you visit Suprise Ford! Stand by for updates..

Did not give me a print out of alignment results. There was oil spillage from oil change that left oil residue over multiple engine locations and onto the ground.

I liked that the recall repairs were successful. I didn't like how long it took I made an appointment for the recall repair. Then I was informed that it would take another appointment because you would need to order the part. It was a recall!! Why wasn't it ordered to begin with!????

Items missing from vehicle when I took delivery and was told it would be taken care of. I am over 6 weeks in and Nick still avoiding the problem.

I found two gps trackers in my car. One LoJack, one Dr.ATTcomunication/GPS letall the wires compromised by the connectors
