This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. They advertised the car on the internet and when It came down to signing I was 3,000 dollars more. They have hidden fees they dont tell you about. Which I very dishonest. The guy I signed papers with at the end . Not personable. Had attitude. Over all experience dont buy for them

What was to be a 3-5day service on my Ranger due 2the digital read out fading out. It took 2.5 weeks. A 2022 Ranger bought in Nov 2021. Also the Rep told my wife he did not have info, which was a total lie. I spoke w/them on 3 different occasions 2 set up the service. Recently my son bought a Dodge at Larry Miller Dodge in Surprise. With no pressure sales & a far better price & value especially in todays Market being over priced. 16yrs old he had a better experience than I ever had at a dealrshp

Work was fine but my radio was messed up and I had to reset everything when the battery was new and not needing service. The service writer was made aware and should have told the mechanic

Very bad...let me test drive a pickup then sold it while I was waiting to start the paperwork....Adam is the worst guy I have ever delt with and I'm saying this after buying approximately 20 vehicle ls in my life....I would not recommend anyone to go to surprise ford..

0 stars, the program would not let me choose lower than 1 star Worst dealership Ive ever been too. I needed my driver door adjusted, this is the second time Ive dropped it off here for the same issue. First time they did absolutely nothing in 5 days, even though I had scheduled a month in advance. This trip they sent it to a 3rd party collision center where they actually made the door alignment worse. When you are taking a persons car at a scheduled appointment and telling them we hope we can get to it in 3-5 days something is wrong. When questioned the reply is feel lucky we were just at 7-10 days. No thank you.
