Car fax incomplete. More repairs performed and paid for. Why didn't service itemize service repairs completed? How do people know what was done as well as customer that paid for them. Supposed to have complete history.

Made an appt. and it was going to take 3 days to get in! Asked about a rental and nothing was available and the uber took 4 attempts before I got a ride home. You make it almost impossible to get service done without me spending the money on my own rental!

The service department advised what needed to be repaired on Tuesday. They told me the part needed to be ordered and it would be there Wednesday and the car would be repaired and ready for pickup by Thursday. When I had not heard back from the dealer, I called Friday morning for an update. I was told the wrong part had coming in and they needed to reorder the correct part and it would be in Saturday. Service took 5 hours and when I picked up my truck the back seat and window were down and there was a footprint on the back of the front seat. There were also 2.5 miles more on the truck than on the sticker listing the mileage the oil change was done at. This tells me that at least 3 people drove my truck somewhere. When I asked the service manage about it, he said he would investigate and get back to me. It's been two weeks, I've left another message and still have not heard back.

Disappointed that every time I bring the car in for and oil change they forget to put air in the tires. Other than that the man who helped me did a great professional job.
Broke my convertible top while replacing an oil pan, took 6+ weeks to fix, scratched the paint job during the 3 tries to fix it. At least they paid to fix the top and provided a temporary vehicle. The paint is still a mess.
