Worst customer service ....i had an appointment at 9:05Am for an oil change and they give me back the car at 12:00 pm(3hours for an oil change that ridiculous).i ask them to the tire rotation and they said because the tires has an uneven wear they can not rotate them.i would not recommend this dealership.

Took in for routine oil change, was later called and informed of a major oil leak 2K miles over my warranty. Getting information was like pulling teeth and SA was preoccupied. Diagnosed and quoted $2500. Never had to add oil between changes and no sign of leaks. Constantly contradicted previous answers. On the receipt along with no work performed they stated customer complained of oil leak in driveway. Idk why they would lie on the receipt. Transferred to another shop - $1K for same work.

They got the car at 9:00 AM and didn't start working on it for at least five hours. Why make a morning appointment? Then they kept the car for three days with NO loaner.

Just so you know. An "appointment" is a drop off time not an actual appointment. That is what the service manager told me. An appointment would mean that you you would bring your car in at a designated time and the next bay open you would get IF there was nobody ahead of you that HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Sooooooooo

asked them to check the fan clutch repeatedly because I have not heard it or seen it kick on for two years and they just said I had a radiator leak. I took it to my guy at Sun Devil and he said it was clear that it was broken and the motor mounts had been broken at some time because not only was the fan clutch broken but chunks were taken out of the fan blades. couldnt miss it. Not sure what happened at surprise ford.

This service took longer than I was told it would take. I had to reschedule an appointment due to that.

After two hours of waiting my car was not touched so I left the dealership and went to jiffy lube

Car was fixed but never received a call it was ready for pickup,I had to drive by the dealer to find this out and also to find out it never was cleaned
