Service was great. In and out in a little over an hour that’s about it
From the time I walked into the dealership I was treated with respect and directed to the perfect salesman for me. (I am 89 years old). There have been follow-ups by Kane to make sure there are no unanswered questions. The Service Department has setup my first service check-up.
Great service and fast, Nick was very helpful and kept me updated about my truck.
Good service overall. It took awhile though. We were told 60-90 minutes and it took over 2 hours
Always a good experience at Surprise Ford. It also helps when you have a good Service Rep (Evan Welle) to explain things before and after. And, we bought our car at this location, so that means there must be an element of trust.
I’ve been going to Julian at Surprise Ford for all of my service on my F250 and my wife’s Explorer for around 6 years now. Having run dealerships for nearly 30 years I can tell you he is the very best. All of their service staff is top notch and trustworthy. I will not go anywhere else.
Quick in and out service. I've waited up to 30 minutes to be seen at other Ford dealers; not here!
Work performed in time as promised. Comfortable waiting area while work performed. Washed car when work completed
Nothing to say about the dealership itself but the service center with Joe H was awesome! Definitely coming back for services!
