Roger Martinez was an efficient and great representative and super salesperson of Surprise Ford. He did an excellent job and was informative and very knowledgeable about all Ford products. Roger made the experience a true joy and a pleasure.
Replaced brakes and rotors,replace air filter,cabin filter. Rotated tires. Price for repair came in over $300 more than quoted!

Scheduled an appointment and got right in. Got vehicle back with work completed quickly and professionally. No issues with upselling. Ask for Julian as your service representative
Not a completely bad experience. Our sales rep was new and made several mistakes along the process. But overall was a nice guy. I don't hold it against him his inexperience. The finance guys are pushy for you to buy a service warranty, which I did, but I didn't negotiate getting a lower interest rate which I am satisfied with.
