Vehicle took longer than expected being repaired due to part being shipped. Not the dealer's fault but a heads up would have helped.

Every person we worked with was friendly. We did spend too much time negotiating down to the price we had decided on before arriving. The finance person was not very clear about what we were signing and seemed more intent on telling us stories and selling a service plan than on giving us information. Overall it was a good experience but a lot of time was wasted.
