The service was was accommodating and helpful. Explaining the service and costs. Although had difficult time with communicating thru texts. They found out a bad tire that I just bought at another tire stone and didn't charge me.
Listened to what was needed, executed the work in a good time frame and explained all services when finished

Service representative "Nic" was an outstanding and professional service representative. Currently, the AC (HVAC) is working well. I was not happy to find my passenger speaker blown after receiving my auto, including the dirt marks on my steering wheel. I feel grateful that my Ford is running in this warm AZ environment. Last minute appointment, very quick and easy check in and out.
I've never had a problem when I show up early for my appointment and Evan always does a good job reviewing what was done as well as what is recommended on the next service.
