I really don't know how she is after the work that was done because I can't drive right now. Was in a car accident at work so I only give 4 stars.
Well, it’s kind of far from where I am but outside of that everybody had a wonderful customer service. I had no problem with anybody not Sam or Rebecca or Michael. Wonderful experience!
Making an appointment over the phone was easy. When I came to the service bay an attendant was there to greet me and my service agent came right out and took care of me .Service was done in a timely manner, truck came back clean and I was on my way.
Everyone was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. From the time I arrived I was welcomed in the parking lot and asked if I could be helped. I had an appointment and the salesman took me to the salesman I had an appointment with. The salesman was friendly and asked if I wanted water, which I did, and then was very easy to talk to and we came to a deal rather quickly. A very good car buying experience from start to finish. The finance manager was very friendly and made the process very easy.
Great service, the service manager Joe kept me informed and did all repairs in a timely manner.
