My sister and I were on a road trip from Texas to California. 30 miles west of Surprise, AZ the check engine light illuminated. I called several Ford dealerships. They all said it would be one to two days before they could diagnose the problem. Joe Hough, at Surprise Ford said his shop could diagnose it the next morning. It was diagnosed by noon and repaired by 7:00 AM the next day. My truck has never run better since I bought it. I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dealership.

They did a good job. The service was a little long in my opinion for a scheduled appointment. A minor thing as well was leaving a notice in my car saying the dealership would like to make me an offer on my car. The only problem was on the notice they said Nick, we would like to buy your car. My name is not Nick.
