I took my vehicle into another automotive company in Surprise for oil change. I was told I needed thousands of dollars of work done on my 2018 Escape with low mikeage, when in fact, I did not. This time, I took my car to Surprise Ford. Dave Greathouse made my experience easy and painless. He was honest and there needs to be more like him.
The service was fast, the wating room was clean and had great wifi (I worked uninterrupted), and the service representative was friendly and efficient.
The service members I worked with were professional, polite, and extremely friendly. I have no criticism or additional feedback to offer. They did great!
