The service is always outstanding and Zack our service representative always does an amazing job getting our car serviced.
I always choose a new service representative when I take my 2022 Maverick in for service. So far everyone of them have been polite and professional. I just completed my 15,000 mile service as well as several software recalls using another new service representative. He name is Jesus Ramos, he greeted me politely, double checked what I was there for, and didn’t try and pressure me into anything else product or otherwise. I appreciated that.
