Scheduled an appointment and got right in. Got vehicle back with work completed quickly and professionally. No issues with upselling. Ask for Julian as your service representative
Not a completely bad experience. Our sales rep was new and made several mistakes along the process. But overall was a nice guy. I don't hold it against him his inexperience. The finance guys are pushy for you to buy a service warranty, which I did, but I didn't negotiate getting a lower interest rate which I am satisfied with.
Evan was great. Fast friendly service.
Jose were absolutely amazing...great personality without the need of being your stereo type car salesman. His non pushy or aggressive tactics were what kept us there and wanting to finish making a deal on a vehicle that we had been searching for. The sales manager Oskar also an empathetic man who worked out the final details and their finance manager Jorge tried his best to make everything speedy to get us on our way. Overall great service!
Nick took really good care of us and communicated well throughout the process of having our transmission repaired.

Hello. The fact that when washing cars after service was performed, the car looks wet, NOT clean. It seems like service supervisor doesn't see a clean car as a priority. I realize this is complmentary; shouldn't "great service" pay attention to even minor details? Thanks
