Great service. Joe and Jesus are especially courteous and helpful. I do wish Surprise Ford hadn’t discontinued their courtesy car.

Service has been pretty good. Waiting for tools from Ford for a recall back in November. Kind of scary, hope nothing happens in tbe meantime.

Once we got in everything was good. The problem was finding the service man. We took 2 cars so that we did not wait, but finding the provider after I parked was hard and to unpack was hard too.
I had to take my F150 Raptor in for a programming issue. Zack assisted me with getting my truck turned in and answered all my questions. Zack was very helpful when I had to pick up my truck and answering any more questions I had. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Give this man a raise!
Dan the sales specialist we dealt with was a great guy and helped out in every way he could. The finance team was wonderful also.
