they did everything I wanted and needed
John Wallace is the man. Need a excellent service writer, ask for John.
Prompt service and knowledge of the representative.
The friendly customer service and ease in getting in for service is great. The Ford recall fix we just had serviced went well. We have not used this dealership for much as yet so five stars will have to wait.
Everything went great, including the rep that assisted me.
The service department listened to my needs and was flexible to make it happen
The staff was great but management needs help
Quickly made appointment online and dropped my Expedition off for service the same day. Everything was great.
Service department was great as usual, got my car in and done in an hour less time that was quoted. Price was very reasonable.
