Great Sales Team and Excellent Delivery! We went in to get some information about leasing a vehicle without the intention of purchasing that night. New Car Purchase This was probably the best car buying experience I ever had. Arthur Ward and the team took such good care of us. There was no pressure from anyone to buy the car. I also got a flat 20 minutes after leaving the lit and took it right back and they fixed it on the spot! Would highly recommend Surprise Ford!!
Great experience One of the best buying experiences I have had Corey Walter and the entire team did a great job . They made the entire process very easy and the dealership as a whole was clean , new and very professionally I can’t remember everyone’s name but all the finance and sales personnel and the GM were great getting the deal done
2 New Cars Very professional. Outstanding customer service!! Worked hard to put best deal on table. Staff was very detail oriented. Solid communication skill set. 6 1/2 hours was a little too long but otherwise good job.
Best experience ever This was the best dealership I ever worked with! The people I worked with was amazing! I felt like my deal was “too good to be true” but it wasn’t. They fought for me and helped me out SO much! I know where I’m going next time! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a car! New car purchase The employees at the dealership were informative, attentive and friendly to talk too. They worked with me to fit the car I wanted into my budget and worked to get me the best loan terms I qualified for. The car buying process was smooth and took about the typical length of time that I experience at other dealers.
Great Expierience Dan was great he was helpful no pressure and answered all my questions which were quite a few!!! They did all the paperwork in a timely manner also!
