What an amazing group of people We went to the dealership pretty much knowing exactly what we wanted. Mike Underwood showed us a few Trucks that were SO beautiful but out of our price range. We told him there was a truck we had seen online and he located it and because of my bad knee, he drove it up to the front where we waited. Service We had our 2009 Focus serviced from top to bottom. It drives like a new car. Our service rep. kept in touch every step of the way and repairs were made in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend surprise Ford for service.
Pleasant Experience We were warmly greeted by our salesman, Patrick. He treated us with respect and patience. We didn't come to buy, just look. However, we left that day in a new car! The hardest part was of course figuring out which model would fit our needs, and finances. Patrick was very helpful with information and comparisons of the cars. sales experience george lopez was our salesperson. we explained what we wanted to do. we had a leased lincoln mkx and our lease was up in less than six months. we wanted to reduce our monthly payments but needed to stay with the same size car. we ended up with a ford edge and we are buying the car and still are saving 100.00 dollars a month. thanks george.
