Minimal wait, excellent customer service.by the Ford technician and the service writer. Surprise Ford is where I go for all my Ford Fusion's vehicle services because of the excellent customer service team.

They could not find the cause for my wipers not working properly, but they did not charge me for the time they spent investigating the problem.
