"I have been using this dealership for over ten years for..." I have been using this dealership for over ten years for service and have purchased two vehicles (2013 Murano and a 2016 Maxima) in that time period. My experiences have been mostly positive. The exception is this dealership's insistence on adding "extras" on the new cars to jack up prices. Totally unacceptable.

I had an 8:15 a.m. oil change appointment and Luis took care of checking me in. My car was not completed until 9: 45. When I got in my car my check engine light was still on. I had to go back inside to ask about it, then had to wait another 45 min for a diagnosis. Thanks to Grace I was able to get my car in service after arriving 30 minutes earlier than my appointment with having a little over a 2 hour wait. However, I requested a maintenance checkup and I never received a checklist that I'm used to receiving to make me aware of minor or major suggestions.
