quality service for people on a budget
Everyone at Value Pet is amazing. Sadly, my dog had to be euthanized today, due to a spinal injury. From my first phone, they where compassionate and caring. Allowed us as much time as we needed, and provided comfort and reassurance to both Barney, and myself. Hoping the receiving of his ashes, nose and paw prints, are handle with as much care. Thank you for helping a member of our family, cross over the rainbow bridge.
Our 3 dogs are happy customers. Bichon tore his ACL. I only knew he couldnt use leg and was in pain. Freaked out about him in pain I was sure he shud b put out of his misery. Thankfully, vet was able to ASSURE me and reassure me an op wud save his quality of life WHICH WAS RIGHT! Been grateful household ever since. Cockapoo's scary symptoms drove us to VPC where vet diagnosed slipped disc. Pain pills and anti inflammatories + strict rest made him well without the need for risky surgery. Score again!!

This clinic always takes excellent care of my doggie. Dr. Hendershot is my favorite veterinarian at ValuePet Clinic Tacoma. He always listens to my concerns about my concerns since my doggie has Canine Epilepsy. He always makes me feel comfortable even if it is just adding a flea treatment. Thank you Dr. Hendershot for always taking care of CocoBean when she comes into the clinic for a visit.
This place is absolutely the best. They truly care about your pets as if they were their own. Back in February we lost our 9 year pitbull Bella to cancer.. They were so caring and empathetic. Especially one of the girls who sticks out to me her name is Chelsea, thank u. Now we have a new addition to our family and wouldnt go anywhere else.
