I was so happy to find this place! Everyone was so nice and the doctor was kind and knowledgeable. She was clear with her recommendations and sensitive to costs. I will definitely bring all my pets her. Thanks!!

We are retired and have traveled all over the US and have used many, many vets who have charged us and arm and a leg for so many odd treatments. One vet lasered our dog and made him worse, another did acupuncture which had no effects in spite of the expense, he has been manipulated and has in essence had all the "latest and supposedly greatest". My experience was great. My cat broke out of his cardboard carrier twice and twice they helped me tape it up. After the first time an assistant gave me a leash instead of putting him back in the box. That was a great idea. They also let me go into a room early because he kept walking into the room anyway. We were next but we had to wait a while because a dog had been brought in with a medical emergency. Both my cat and I were thankful for an isolated room. Love this vet the staff was great an the vet we saw was very considerate of my prego female pit bull since we went to another vet who in short was subpar an gave the wrong due date. But thanks to value all is well an was very affordable due to doing there online registration. So before you go make sure you do the online registration an you will save a lot of lineing in your pocket thanks value staff

Okay, I have several thoughts that affected the overall rating of this review. First thing first: customer service, the phone line version. Was not a big fan, because not only 1) the female on the other line was rude, but 2) she showed no concern about my inquire that I had and merely kept with aforementioned attitude. The actual care was kind, gentle and thorough. However, I felt rushed into spending too much money, and too many procedures. Shame on me for that, but they gave my UTI suffering cat a rabies vaccine, then sold me a year's worth of flea meds that she's never had, why not one to try and see how it does? This place seems corporate run and staff pressured to charge as much and as many things as possible. I'll go to my friend's vet in Fed Way for the follow up. Don't use this clinic.

Well our dog is now dead after they're misdiagnosis, popping something on his head that blew up like a pingpong ball! Taking money to do absolutely nothing, but cause more problems. Go to any other facility but this one! I don't even want to put one star!

If I could give negative 5 stars I would! My cat has cat herpes and was having an episode. I took him in, gave his symptoms. They started telling me all this BS, quoted me $1,600 dollars for all these tests they wanted to do to "find out" what was wrong with him. Wanted to do a chest x ray and all this stuff. I paid for a $300 test that "that test will tell us EXACTLY what he has". Once they did the test they said no we don't know what's wrong with him. I paid a total of $600 dollars to be told they don't know. And left with... read more
