I would give it a if I would rate the first class veterinarians. They are all wonderful with the animals and their humans. The front desk has a lot to lern though. The last two times, they messed my finances up badly. First time they did bloodwork that cost me $ 500, because they where'd include in my Paws plan. This time they charged me for 11 months of super expensive flea/tick prevention and bounced my account. They corrected it the next day after I called, but who is covering the overdraft fees? I took my dog a couple months a ago because she needed the rabies vaccine and flea medicine . Just by looking at the vet said she had an ear infection with out even taking the time to check her ears or any other parts . They came back with a bill of al is 2k to have all these tests done on her . I told them : I came here for rabies vaccine and flea medicine my dog has no ear Infection so that's what a got . My dog to this day it's ok and has no ear infection whatsoever. So sad they try to medicate your animal for stuff tha... read more

I really cannot believe this place. I took my cat here months ago because she was having seizures. the vet pressed on my cats stomach and said there is something in there, to which I replied no I don't think that's it. the vet quoted me $3k to do all these tests, and when I asked if we could start from the least expensive test and rule things out that way. the vet told me "if you don't do these things, your cat is going to DIE" very sternly and treated me like a negligent pet owner! The receptionists are rude, and the wait times are long. My dogs appointment took 2 hours to get a prescription refill. The Dr tried to push $400.00 a month of "supplements" that were recommended and then got snotty when I refused them. On my second visit, my dog needed antibiotics, and they wanted to charge me $80.00 for them, so I asked to get a paper prescription. I'm heartsick I just cannot believe the way we were treated. Worst experience of my pet ownership history we're talking decades. My dog had a loose baby tooth. The vet picked at his mouth and picked up the tooth, but didn't pull it. Next thing I know the Tech hands me a bill, , the proposal ...,,, we went in for his rabies vaccine. I completely value our veterinarians. I understand when you take your dog to the vet it's expensive. I only came here because it was urgent and my vet only takes appointments weeks out, they diagnosed my dog with an ear infection, like many other people said and allergies. It came out to around 2000$ dollars. For an ear cleaning. 500$ for allergy test which is standard. I know the anesthesia is expensive. But damn. Called a couple of weeks ago to see what the microchip process was. Had heard they had walkin services. Advised them we had not used them before. The receptionist was nice and asked if she could place me on hold to check on something. She came back and said that we would need to bring in proof of current rabies vax and also advised when they were closed for lunch. Awesome. I took my recuse dog in for his annual exam and shots. He was adopted by us last year, and we were provided paperwork stating he was up to date on his shots by the adoption agency. My dog's appointment was at 1:30pm. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk and the lobby was empty. I waited until someone showed up. Poor service I've noticed a huge decline at this clinic... I went a few weeks ago with my Husky and baby to get his ear checked. He had an ear infection and the estimate was almost 2,000$... on top of that we were there for TWO hours waiting. We had an appointment and waited two hours... it was a sh*t show having to wait with my baby and dog for that long.
