Wow. Never knew this place was in back of Starbucks! I called the day before we went just to feel out the front desk since the reviews rated them a 3. Our 1 1/2 yr old cat and kitten came down with colds. Since they were the only clinic open in my vicinity that will take you in as long as you check in before 5pm and you don't have to make an appointment. The staff was quite pleasant. You can sure tell dogs,cats are loved, when you walk in to a vet.drs office,standn room only!! ;) we closed up the joint.aside from the wait line it was grt Service.
Great people working there! No appointments. Always be prepared for a long wait-just the way it is. Fun to see all the animals.
My mom and I brought my newly-adopted 7-year-old dachshund/yorkie mix in to have MUCH NEEDED dental work done. Not only was their original estimate signifanctly less than that of another estimate we received from another vet hospital, but the final bill was UNDER their own estimate. They were kind and courteous and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much!
We brought in our Sebastian to be seen. He was very ill. The out look wasn't good so we had to say good bye to him. They were so good to my husband. He had to make a very hard decision and they treated him with such kindness. We miss our baby boy so much. I would highly recommended Value pet to my friends. Thank you.
I brought my kitty in on his last leg and even tho we were hopeless the wonderful staff was able to put him in emergency surgery and save his life he is doing great and I'll never forget Dr miller saving me so much money!!! And the staff even put up with our hectic life and stayed late for me!! Thank you so much Dominique and Amber also all the back of the house staff that helped!!!
Our beagle had a ear infection and we got the pleasure to have Dr. Holford she was amazing,kind and gave us a lot of great info thank you so much
I've been taking my baby boy Malosi since he was 3 MNS I believe. They are amazing. The vet doc there is frekkn amazing. The staff is amazing. They are so gentle with my baby. Love u guys!!! -Cassandra&&Dean A.
