Update: I've spent over $200 now taking my cat to two other vets to make sure that I know for sure what I need to do for her medically and have them give a second and third opinion on the list of issues Value Pet tried to diagnose her with in order to squeeze every penny the could out of a patient. I spoke to two different vets other than the vet at Value pet. They both confirmed that yes my cat did have a murmur, but it was only a grade 1-2. Not impressed. Kept kitty waiting in a hot car for over an hour, and the staff did not address the reason we brought her there in the first place.

They claim to be a no appointment clinic and accept walk ins only, however you can simply call and reserve a time slot. So it is basically a no appointment - appointment. Their reservation system is a joke. Their customer service is terrible. The only reason why people continue to put up with their crap is because they're a cheap vet. You get what you pay for.

Everyone is always friendly here. The wait is always crappy because it's walk in only, so that is totally understandable. I have been bringing my dogs here for a long time, and it's a good place for vaccinations. BUT... brought my little senior pom in for an estimate on her teeth. She has notoriously horrible teeth and has already had multiple removed, no matter what I do she just has typical bad pom teeth, plus she is old. About as good as the year 2020, total crap for customer service. Arrived before 9:00, which is when they opened. A sign in the door said they begin check in at 8:00. When I called earlier in the morning there was no indication that I could arrive early to check in. Mind you I called several times and could t get anyone to answer the phone. Terrible! This clinic is it strictly for the money, no care or compassion for families or their pets! Two years ago we adopted a dog, started taking him to Value pet clinic and purchased a paw plan. A little over a year ago we adopted a kitten, and started taking him to value pet clinic with a paw plan. STAY FAR AWAYYYY! Well first, we wanted to get my dog looked at because she was having discharge and peeing More then normal. They were booked, told us to come at 830 am and check in. We were there at 820am. They told us, there was 15 people in line we were the 16th. Mind you we arrived at 820am, waited in the car until 3pm!!! No one told us anything. Going to make this as brief as i can, but do not go to this vet. My dog, who is elderly, went in for simple dental work after which they gave her a three day pain medication and gave us some other pain meds to give her if she seemed to be hurting. at the time she was very wobbly and couldnt really walk and would not respond to her name or words she knew and we assumed this was because of the pain meds they gave her and relaxed a little. value pet clinic also told us that she had stage one kidney disease(keep this one in mind... read more
I cannot even give a one star rating for this clinic as they are terrible in getting in touch with us. We called for the medication for our spayed 10 year old dog who has a urinary incontinence problem and the medication takes care of that problem. We left a message Sunday evening but heard nothing on Monday. Calling them and getting on hold for minutes then finally answering they said they do not listen to their messages. Now who does that?
