the tacos is superb, but we didnt have the "nice staff service", the staff who attended to us is not accomodating, she gave us the menu, and left without saying anything at all., when she came back, she asked for our order., when we asked her about the food in the menu, she gave us the irritating look., the tacos are amazing, but it comes in small portion which makes it pricey.

I have been going to Tacos El Franc in Zona Rio (TJ) since I was eight and I am now 37. Reviews below five stars for this taqueria are from people who either do not appreciate or know authentic Mexican cuisine or are just haters (sorry not sorry). This place is located next to Broken Yolk. Plenty of parking since this is part of Plaza Bonita mall but anticipate everyone fighting for spots! Came on a Saturday with friends and the line was constantly busy which is always a great sign. Ordering was quick, as well as seating, and the food didn't take too long to arrive. Service was quick and the food came out fresh one by one, which kept everything hot. Every bite was full of flavor, and the guacamole was a highlight--it wasn't just sauce, it was the real deal. Definitely worth a stop!

Great service, very polite staff, tasty tacos! The carne asada tacos came with beans which was a little strange to me but overall I enjoyed the food. Very comparable to tacos el Gordo

Hi, we went here a few days ago, clean place, and our server Alejandra N. was amazing!! She took our order, and continued to check on us to see if we needed anything, she kept a smile, and we noticed she was non-stop assisting her other customers. The tacos came out fast and they were delicious ! Definitely prefer the carne asada tacos !

Visiting San Diego, I was told that this is some of the best street tacos SD has to offer. As a passionate TexMex lover, I was skeptical, but this place really is worth a stop The restaurant itself is connected to the Westfield Plaza Bonita mall in National City. We wanted to see if it's the same Tacos El Franc from TJ. Right when you walk in you notice it's definitely more scale up than your traditional order at the counter taco places. You get a server who takes your order and they have good runners brining out your food and drinks. The decor is very nice and they certainly did a nice job.
