Food is so amazing! Service is great, they help if you ask for recs and they are super patient. Ask for hand made tortillas for all your tacos and you won't be disappointed!

Business response:

Hi, Eddie. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!

Back for vacation and instead of the regular taco spot, we went to Tacos el Franc. Yay! Parking: located in plaza Bonita. Lots of parking! Ambiance: loud Mexican music playing but I appreciate the seating. Service: quick to order and quick to serve! Can't beat that. Food: I had the mixto, brisket, and adobada. Mixto is hands down my favorite. Next time I'll order 3 of those instead. Juicy, flavorful. Also had the horchata which was too sweet for me. The fries for the table were ok. I just want tacos. I'd be back again!... read more

Had to try them in San Diego. Have had them before in Tijuana. They're located at the mall. Lots of seating, inside and outside. Friendly, fast service. Had a carta Blanca Michelada, its was delicious. We had the adobada tacos and tripas tacos, adobada vampiro. Husband said tripas had flavor and liked the adobada. I feel the Tijuana adobada tacos have more flavor and the serving is bigger.

Business response:

Hi, C. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!

Business response:

Hi, Italo. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!

I'd hear great things about this place so popped in after a movie. It was around 330 on a Saturday afternoon and there was a 10-20 min wait for a table. I ordered tacos to go instead- getting a weird response when I asked the front desk staff if I could order to go, as if it was a huge inconvenience, but they had the system right there so I'm not sure what the issue was. I got a carne asada taco, adobada taco, and Jamaica agua fresca. The carne asada was good and Smokey but dry- I didn't realize until I was long gone that i... read more

Fast service and good prices for the area without having to pop into México. I enjoyed the texture and the good flavor on the cabeza. It is not over salted and the salsa enhanced the flavors. Also, you are served radishes and lime while you wait for your order.

Business response:

Hi, E. Thank you so much for this kind review. Merry Christmas!

Finding a good taco spot in SoCal isn't that hard! Prices on the other hand generally are. This place opened about 6 months ago and is located in the heart of nasty city (Plaza Bonita). I've been to the one in Tijuana, Mexico (I wasn't a big fan). However, this place did not disappoint! I had two adobada tacos and my beautiful wife had the mulita de adobada. Both were very good! And I didn't have to break the bank, when compared to what other places are charging per taco$$$. I also got a michelada (that was fire ) We will de... read more

Would give a five star but the quesadillas are not quesadillas , these are just oversized tacos. I'm from near the border of Texas (where REAL Mexican food is) and these things they serve here are far from quesadillas. Everything else I tried was good like the loaded fries and adobo and asada tacos but I just wanted to emphasize the quesadillas. It actually made me laugh yall here in cali call these quesadillas. next time I come (if i do) I'd just get these instead of the actual tacos it's only a few dollar difference , I'... read more
