Amazing food and customer service. The tacos are super authentic. Happy that they set up shop in SoCal.

Very excited to try this place finally. We showed up as some of the first people in line and waited for over an hour an old couple cut us and refused to leave they became agitated yelling at everyone who was already in line. We feel like there needs to be an associate in line handling the chaos. We let them know and they proceed to make us feel very welcomed. The tacos were delicious and my wife and I loved it!

Delicious tacos! The best I have had in the states. Adobada and Suadero were my favorites! Horchata and orange juice were both really good! Excellent service as well! Our orders came out so quickly! Offers inside and outside dining. Located in a shopping mall, what more can you ask for?!

Haven't tried the Tijuana location but these are really good tacos. A little grassy though. Service was fast!!!

The service is great. We got there at a good time, so no line, and the food came out really quickly. The place is spacious and nicely decorated. My only issue was that the waiter didn't ask, as they usually do, if I wanted my tacos "with everything." Because of that, I forgot to ask them to remove the raw onion, which I don't like. That's partly on me, but I would have also appreciated if they'd mentioned that the quesadilla comes with onion, cilantro, and beans. I'm usually not a big fan of tacos, but while I was shopping at Westfield Plaza Bonita, I got a little hungry and thought I'd give them a shot. I ordered two tacos and a drink, and wow, they were absolutely delicious! Those tasty tacos really hit the spot and filled me up perfectly. I stopped by Tacos El Franc and tried the asada, suadero, and adobada. All were delicious, and the adobada with pineapple stood out, with fantastic flavor and balance. The place has a vibe that really makes you feel like you're in Tijuana. Service was great too, and our server Arlette was super attentive and friendly the whole time. Definitely a spot I'd come back to and recommend if you're looking for authentic tacos.

Tacos! For good authentic TJ style tacos this is a must. My suggestion is to try all the meats you don't recognize. Especially the Cabeza. I live the taste plain. I took the suggestion of the waitress and staff and added guacamole. Must have the extra fixings as well. Was cool to celebrate Mexican Independence Day there.
