We came to Tacos El Franc for the first time and the service was really disappointing. We ordered 12 tacos, only got 2 adobada at first, and the rest never came out. After 30-45 minutes, we were given the bill before even getting our food. When we asked about the rest of our food, our server acted like we had already gotten it--or like she didn't know. It didn't make sense since she kept coming up to our table. The tacos were mid and definitely not worth the wait.

The customer service here is so bad it ruined our experience from the start. We tried to bypass it considering we were so excited to finally try these tacos.. unfortunately the food was mid especially for $5 a tacos. I'm sorry but don't let social media fool you into coming here.

The menu is so minimal and the serving was so small it's like having a snack. I'm never coming back.

I waited a while for the hype to come down went today and ate honestly it smelled good so I was like ok that's a good start. But that was about it my wife ordered the Lengua and it was like she ordered a wet taco there was more salsa than meat and it was nothing great. We had a mulita de asada honestly the meat was bland and I'm still burping it out 3 hours later me and my daughter had carne asada fries they looked great but that was about it we left more then half we just ate it cause we were hungry the meat was weird it lo... read more

I'll just list the negatives first, then the positives 1. Adobada was thick cut and lacked flavor. 2. Carne asada fries had way too much guacamole and maybe 1.5 oz of meat. They also had salsa, probably should let the guest know if a 7 year old is ordering them. 3. Quesadilla had little to no cheese, suadero was thick diced and tripa was chewy. 4. Tacos had too much guacamole, and it's bland at that. 5. Over priced. 6. Radishes and cucumbers and limes were old. The positives 1. We left and not going back.

I first visited Tacos El Frank during their opening week two months ago and was impressed then, but my recent visit was a huge disappointment. My taco was about 90% guacamole, with the remaining 10% being a bland red sauce that just tasted like tomatoes. I ordered lengua, which should be tender and flavorful, but it was dry and unappetizing. I sent it back. Only ate 2/4 of the adobada tacos I ordered. The quality has dropped significantly since they opened, and honestly felt like a waste of money.

Talk about overpriced! Terrible service, took over 30 minutes to receive full order of food. The sides included literally 4 slices of cucumbers and chopped rabanos and 3 slices of limes. Never was asked to refill drink (not so sure if it's included). The line was long I believe it's the hype of the new business. The server got our order wrong and although he did check up 2 times following taking our order we waited over 30 minutes to the point we asked if they were not don't to not even bother bringing them out. 100 for 6 t... read more

Ok where do I begin let's begin by the moment you get a seat and they took about 8 mins to get my order , then I ordered my food and they would bring you a Taco at a time !! They say the hype is real and it really is. The tacos are mediocre small and with no flavor I order a total of eight tacos. I would only get one at a time. I also ordered onions and the onions never came. My drinks came 15 minutes later and by the time I was already upset because it seemed like everyone was going nuts And didn't know what the hell was go... read more

We came 10minutes before opening and there was no line. A couple of minutes before 11, they opened the door and started the line. We were the second group seated and ordered from the table. There were a lot of staff working the hall and the kitchen and the tables seem to rotate quickly. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of tables. The horchata was a bit on the sweeter side but went great with the tacos. They gave a plate of limes, cucumbers and radish to eat with your order. I ordered the Adobada (marinated pork) tac... read more
