Food is over priced $5 per taco. Not worth it customer service is not good the ambiance is nice besides that it's not worth buying 5 buck tacos it's insane oh and the tortilla is small ..

I went with my wife and son to check out the tacos here, as I have tried them in Tijuana, and enjoyed them there. We arrived and were seated and our drink order was taken. When they returned with the drinks, they brought more than we ordered, and forgot to ask if we needed straws, or leave straws. That's the last time we saw our server. We waited 30 minutes and decided to leave and eat elsewhere. As we got up to pay for the drinks, the server finally noticed us and followed us to the cashier only to ensure that we paid for t... read more

Extremely overpriced for what it is. Lengua was as bland as it gets. Asada quesadilla was good but not $11 good. Basically oversized taco w cheese. Food is decent just not worth the crazy prices. Won't be back and if you're someone who wants value for your dollar probably not for you Update after owner review. Bro. Yelp is a platform for customer feedback you defending your spot for every critical post is embarrassing. Most protein haha. Ok my guy. Was like a 6 bite item. Listen to the feedback, or dont but don... read more

Business response:

We’ll stick with high quality. Our quesadillas have more protein than any other place, and it’s big enough to be the only thing you eat when you come in.

Came here three times and we donzo with this place. First time was 5 weeks after they opened with a group of 6 total. Michi's were great but server kept getting our order wrong, bringing the wrong tacos, and also serving the correct orders to a different person at the table that didn't order them. Totally understandable since they just opened. Second time, order was right, server was nice and the owner came by our table. The owner was talking to my husband for a bit when the owner knocked my hand, and I spilled half my mic... read more

Tried it out for lunch. I had four tacos: carne asada- overall good, enjoyed the guacamole and beans in the taco. Salsa was tasty, my favorite of the ones I tried Suedero - meat was crispy, like carnitas. Kind of dry and hard/chewy. not a huge fan of this one (and it came highly recommended). Cabeza- pretty good, didn't really standout from other restaurants that I've had the same taco. Lengua- soft and tender. Not too flavorful. For some reason this one was drowning in salsa (more than the others). Service was grea... read more

Nice spot but this will never compare to real street tacos. The ambience is nice but meat we all know this is not how real street tacos taste. You can never compare a carne asada taco cooked on charcoal grill. Owner replies upset. Don't get mad my guy. This is my opinion.

Business response:

Our carne asada is “grilled” on “mesquite” charcoal. Don’t understand the reason for your false claim. But the information being pushed here is completely false.

2 stars because it's edible. We came in and ordered takeout and service was fast but food was completely cold after a 2 minute walk to the car. We ordered a quesadilla, 2 asada tacos, and a vegetarian taco. Nothing was salted and you can barely taste the beef. Quesadilla was barely cooked I could separate the cheese from the tortilla. Only leaving a review because I've heard such good things about this place but our food was very mediocre to put it nicely. Staff was super friendly however!

Tacos de lengua were a joke! The asada tasted like someone forgot what seasoning is -- bland, chewy, and sad. Service was just as bad, and the aguas frescas might as well have been a myth. No salsa bar, and when I asked the waitress for salsa, she looked annoyed, like I'd asked for a five-course meal. The guacamole was the only redeeming thing here, but not enough to save the experience. Definitely a skip.

Business response:

Hi Jaime, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I remember visiting your table during your meal. As you requested your tacos without salsa, onions, or cilantro, the flavor profile was definitely different from what we typically serve. We’re always happy to provide salsas and condiments on the side — just let us know! We appreciate you giving us a try and wish you all the best. Thank you for coming today and good luck!
