I had heard and read so much talk about this place being the best in Tijuana so we had to come try! I was worried there was going to be a long line at lunchtime on a weekend, but we got seated right away. There's a nice amount of space both inside and outside. Tacos are decent, just overpriced for how small they are. We've been there six times and only once felt it was really worth it. Service is a bit slow, but if you can't make it to TJ for the real deal, this place works as a backup.

Came here with my brother since we kept seeing Taco El Franc all over Instagram and wanted to give it a try. It's located inside the mall, which already makes parking a bit of a headache. We ordered most of the meats on the menu hoping to get that TJ-style taco experience, but honestly the meats were so bland. OK yeah these tacos were really good, I got adobada, tripas and asada and they were so good. I think the salsa's help so much, that red arbol salsa, I can drink it, but don't worry I won't. The michelada with clamato was good but honestly I was there for the tacos and they did not disappoint, they do give tacos El Gordo some competition but depending on what mood I am in and how long the line is, I may or may not have to do a quarter toss up to pick.

Good tacos and Jamaica! The staff is friendly and nice as well. Tacos El Franc is located in the mall so plenty of parking too. We would definitely go back :)

Tripa is my favorite so good! Crispy, with salsa on top, it's incredible. We came a bit early because we were worried about a long line. It's almost a full house but no line, perfect! My server is so nice and friendly, and all the staff walk around checking on the tables. This place is clean and full of smiles. As for the price, I feel it's reasonable for the portion, quality, and flavor you get.

Came in on a busy Sunday afternoon. The tacos here are absolutely amazing -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made! Every bite felt like a little trip to taco heaven. The service was just as incredible as the food. Arlette went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, greeting me with a warm smile and checking in often without ever being intrusive. There was a line out the door upon arriving, but it did move faster than expected. It is a sit down restaurant so no need to look for seating. The food is made to order, that being said it was served fast. The prices are a bit steep per item, but the portions are worth it. They do not skimp on the meat! I had a taco de Suadero, a quesadilla de Adobada, and a an Asada Vampiro. Each item had so much flavor, I definitely recommend them all. Good tacos, but they were all very watery. I think the beans that they added weren't cooked enough, and it made the whole taco watery. We went right at 11am when they opened, and it seemed like the food wasn't quite ready. It seems like it could be better, and the Michelin recognition must mean something. They only recently opened, so I'm going to give it a second try later on to see if they've improved.
