Finally, authentic Tijuana magic has crossed the border! Tacos El Franc is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, authentic Mexican food. The staff is quick and friendly. Highly recommend!
I've been here a handful of times at night. There's never a wait even with a group of 5+. Their service is nice and quick for a sit down restaurant. I've ordered the adobada, carne asada and suadero tacos. The adobada has gotten better from my first time. It was dry when they first opened. The suadero is very flavorful and the asada is ok. I've been hearing about this restaurant since it opened in Plaza Bonita. The customer service was excellent. The hostess is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and spacious even during the noon lunchtime on Saturday. There's a wide variety to choose from the menu. I chose the adobada and asada mulitas . They were excellent. I also tried their mild and spicy salsas.

We visited because of the Michelin recognition in Mexico and found the tacos to be good, but nothing exceptional. The adobada taco was flavorful, but even better served vampiro style (but what doesn't tastes better with melted cheese?). The suadero taco was moist and tasty, while the asada taco was average. Fast friendly, and the most importantly delicious. I haven't had a single thing on the menu that's bad. You can get a little loud because it's very popular. If you come during the day, the patio is beautiful to sit outside and have great tasting tacos.

Al principio todo delicioso, ayer fui a cenar y me encontré con la sorpresa que sus tostadas no son las mismas. Ya no son tatemadas ahora usan tostadas para ceviche lo cual que cambia el sabor a sus tostadas. Para ser una Guia Micheline y esten usando ese tipo de tostadas nomas No!
