On Wednesday 7th of January, my wife and I stopped by to enjoy the familiar food and flavor we had in our minds from the original spot in Tijuana. Ordered a carne asada quesadilla was way smaller than I expected. Barely any meat on the quesadilla and it was flavorless.

Apparently you cannot dine in if you arrive 1 hour before closing. Meat is bad quality and tortillas taste weird. I asked for sour cream instead of guacamole and the cashier told me it was ok but later I checked my receipt and I was charged for the sour cream, should've kept the guacamole on the side. 0/10 San Diego has a plethora of better taco spots with better food and service at better price.

Tried to go eat tacos tonight and got turned away at 9. That's fine but online and the door both said 10. Two girls walked in before us and when the host was done telling them they said "Again?" So sounded like this wasn't a first time thing. Bummer.

There's plenty of parking for this location at the mall. Food was standard tacos with the ability to customize them by asking to remove certain toppings. There were big issues with the service, however. The waiter did not bring the right tacos/over input certain items. I was never given a taco I ordered, which for the price is frustrating.

I came to this restaurant after seeing how it was hyped up on social media. I feel for the quality of the tacos. The prices were very expensive. There's nothing too exceptional to the taste, and they all tasted like stereotypical TJ style tacos that you could easily get anywhere else in Chula Vista.

Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The wait time was excessively long, which noticeably affected the overall flow of the meal. There is also room for improvement in cleanliness throughout the restaurant, as well as in employee uniforms and grooming, which would benefit from greater attention to detail. Absolutely terrible customer service. There were several parties that were serviced after we had been seated. During my meal I asked for utensils and never received them. Our server also didn't check in on us while we were eating our meal. After finishing our meal and drinks we continued to wait and weren't able to get a hold of any server.
