This is the vegetarian quesadilla from Uber Eats. No salsa on the side like the description. Ordered 8:20pm arrived 10:10pm. Paid $55 for tortillas with onions and a tiny bit of cheese and beans. Not to mention how cold the food was.Very disappointed.

I heard great things about Tacos El Franc so I was excited to finally try it out. I went with 4 friends on a Friday night. Plaza Bonita was packed so parking was hard. I was surprised there was no line at the taco shop at 7pm. We ordered a grande fries with adobado and carne asada and 2 tacos per person which we thought would be enough food for 5 at about $100 for take out. We were shocked at how small the fries were. The to go box was barely filled on the bottom, carne asada was overcooked and dry. The pork adobada was ta... read more

I found Tacos El Frank Bonita to be significantly overpriced for the quality provided. I ordered one adobada taco, and it had far more cilantro and guacamole than actual meat. Unfortunately, the flavor was also disappointing, and the overall quality did not meet expectations. The only positive aspect was the beer, since it is not made in-house. Honestly, I would much rather make the drive to Tijuana, enjoy the real food at Tacos El Frank over there, and have a good time in TJ. Based on my experience, I would not recommend th... read more

Food wasn't that good. Ordered three different tacos, nothing hot, all cold. The pork was so heavily seasoned you couldn't taste the meat. One taco came with a slimy tortilla from all the liquid on the meat. I have been to the TJ location and that was fantastic. This location might need to be skipped. Service was great. Quick and friendly. Appreciated.

Did a to-go order and paid $13 (tax+tip) for a single quesadilla that's the size of a taco... took a bite but it was the size of the tiny plate they give you. Not worth the price at all

Just went to Tacos El Franc for the second time and I just spend $48.02 on really bad tacos, we ordered 2 suadero tacos and looked like the meat was from yesterday and refried shopped in very small pieces and hard to chew, we also ordered 4 cabeza tacos and 1 lengua tacos and the meat was super dry, the only taste you were able to get was from the salsa and the union, the first time that we went the tacos weren't that bad so we decided to give them a second chance and we regretted, I really feel robbed after this bad and exp... read more

Six months after i first tried these "tacos", they still suck. Dry and tasteless just like the owner.

Business response:

We’re always open to honest feedback, it helps us improve. But when a review compares us to Taco Bell more than it talks about our food, it’s pretty clear it’s not coming from a genuine guest. Our tacos are made fresh daily with real ingredients, slow-cooked meats, and house-made salsas. Which is exactly why our regulars keep coming back. For anyone reading this, don’t just take our word for it (or this review’s). Come try for yourself and taste the difference.
