The community is peaceful, and the location is super convenient — close to campus, grocery stores, and restaurants. The maintenance team responds quickly, and the management is friendly and helpful. Verified Renter It's been okay. Pretty noisy and lots of maintenance requests but it works well if you need a cheap place. The office can be helpful but you'll have to check multiple times to get things resolved.

I have done everything I can to keep my volume low. I literally have the TV on the second-to-lowest setting. Yet it seems that if they hear anything or if I casually walk, they decide to bang on the ceiling.
