Verified Renter I have lived at Oak Forest for a few years now. The grounds and buildings are well maintained and upgraded when needed. The maintenance team is fast to repair or replace whatever is not working. The office staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I am glad to being living at Oak Forest!

Verified Renter I recently moved in and love it so much! Move in was so nice and easy, Eunice and Kate are extremely friendly and helpful & care about their residents. Everything is always clean & the mini mart is my fave!
Verified Renter As a 19 year resident it overall has been nice, quiet with a competitive range of prices. They are currently making improvements for residents to adhere to the trash policy along with abandoned cars. I hope we can soon address the open boards in the back fence to keep non-residents off the property.
