One year here... After renewing our contract here because honestly, I was having a hard time finding a new place, it has been an "ok" experience. There are a few things that need touch ups and fixed here and there, which take a long time to get maintanence to fix them. We were also promised refrigerated air, then the day of move in we quickly noticed it had a swamp cooler. For the price of the rent, the quality of service lacks. Just average I have been a resident of Limestone apartments for one year. There are positives and negatives here, but I consider this a fair review. Let's start with the positives: good closet space, fireplace, garden tub, in - unit washer and dryer, fitness center is always clean and equipment is new. prime location The location is perfect! Literally 5 minutes from EVERYWHERE. Schools, shopping, hospital....you name it. TWO pools, Pet friendly, GOOD neighbors, GOOD floorplans, and GREAT management. Guranteed satisfaction!!!!
Fantastic place to live! I've lived here for over a year and a half now and I love it! Its a pet friendly community which is great because i have a pit mix (which is a breed that is frowned upon at many other properties). There are pet stations throughout the property and plenty of grassy areas. The ladies in the leasing office are very helpful as well and very professional. Not to mention, the maintenance crew! Everything is always taken care of within 24 hrs and I have never had any problems with them.
Center of Attention Perfect location, right in the middle of Waco so nothing is too far. Friendly vibes everywhere. Children laughing and fuzzy friends running around.
short term I moved into the complex last July with intentions of being out in six months. 15 months later, I am completely content with my home. Although I reside in a beautiful two-bedroom apartmet, I consider it a HOME. With excellent property management, pet friendly environemt, and a safe living conditions, I encourage any one apartment searching to look into Sanger Oaks. Satisfaction is guaranteed from the inside out.
Love it I know not everywhere is perfect but I really like this property, nice floor plans, nice staff, great maintenance staff, and it's right in the Galleria and walking distance to Best Buy, World Market, Specs, 24 Hour FItness, Ulta, Subway, Chipotle, CVS, Chase bank and the list goes on! During the crazy flooding in Houston, we were safe and no damages. I really love the fact that if I need something (food, meds, cash, or wine) I can just walk to it, no need to drive!
