Friendly and Homey I am a senior citizen and needed to have a safe, friendly and comfortable environment after selling my home because of falling on hard times and unable to afford to stay in the home. Nice,Living,laughing The apartments are real close to shopping and dining. The stuff is friendly and care about the resident. The pool stay clean all year around. Has a onsite doggy park and play ground for the the kids. My guest are always impressed with all the space I have in my apartment. Can't keep my friends alway from my apartment lol.
Make Cottage Bay Your Home With plenty of open green space, pet friendly and great office staff, that alone would make it a nice place to live. But add to that the yearly tenant barbeque, spagetti feed, egg hunt, pea patch garden, homework club for the kids, free gift wrap station at holiday time , summer camp and the list goes on making it a GREAT place to live! EL Paso I moved from Houston to El Paso since my husband is in the military.I wasn't able to see the apartment before I moved in ,but it was everything I hoped for we can honestly call this home. I Absolutely love this place my neighbors are like family to me and the front office knows of very well and always shows concern. But sadly my husband randomly received orders for discharge due to downsizing of the military and we have till Oct,1 2015 to find a job.
