Verified Renter Not a bad place for the price. The only real big complaint would have to be the people and not cleaning up after their pets .. there are so many times when I see the owner just turn around and walk the other way instead of cleaning up after them.

Overrated 1. staff is rude unless you're giving them money, but they would rather threaten you with an eviction 5 days into the month to get some new residents in then to be courteous. 2. maintenance team is constantly changing. their work is mediocre at best. 3 work orders later, the kitchen sink faucet and stove still didn't work properly. Verified Renter Gym is no longer accessible (also faulty old equipment they said they'd fix 2 years ago when I moved in and I've heard while people tour thy promise the same) it's only open during office hours which close at 530pm. So if you have a job... You virtually can't use the gym. Even on Saturday the office has been locked during their scheduled open office hours. Property full of dog waste. Verified Renter The parking is terrible! I’ve had to walk far to get to the building there’s never any parks sometimes I’m left without a park and have to park at the leasing office

Just don't This place is not what it used to be. It was amazing years ago but has really lost it's luster. I made the mistake of going back after moving away. It was during covid so I had to do a virtual tour. I felt so bamboozled when I finally got the apartment. I'll never fall for that again.

Verified Renter Great employees. Always respond in a timely manner when I stop into the office to request help with an issue. However, barely answer the phone and there is a cockroach problem.

Verified Renter This has been the worst move that I made. I been here four days and everyday I been putting a work order in for something that was not fixed. Everything should have been fixed before I moved in. I feel like it's just going to get worse.

Not worth the amount of money for such a small space The management is terrible and the apartment itself is really small for the amount of money they are rented out for. The laundry room is always dirty and one of the machines is always broken. 3 washers and 3 dryers for 100 units is unreasonable. Only rent if you are desperate!

Verified Renter It has been a bad experience and I will be glad to get out soon. Security gates have not worked in over a year. Middle security gate works for a day or two then breaks. The residents have to park in the bottom two lots and visitors get the prime parking. We can't park there because of guest. I can always count 76 spots empty at all times. Nothing works Managers are hard to get a hold of. Security doors to evlavators open often. We pay for a secure location and there is nothing secure at Latitude. The list goe... read more
