Verified Renter don’t have it together in that office. The two major things that really lit a fire in me was when the office manager had my car towed for no reason then actually bragged to me about getting it towed not knowing it was my vehicle and it was tied for no reason at all! They had it released at no charge but I was responsible for getting it back to the apartment. Verified Renter Must pay for assigned parking but anyone is allowed to park in assigned spot even without an ardent parking pass and cannot initiate tow. Security company was told they cannot initiate tow. Answering service is clueless. Pay for trash valet and they leave trash and debris. Latch app rarely works. Several complaints to office about noisy neighbors but no resolution.

Started out fine, but has fallen off in recent months Price is kinda high but maintenance has been good and responsive. Feels pretty good to me with no complaints other than being next to the highway. 4/5 Update ~1 year later dropping to 1/5 This place has become incredibly dirty for the last 4 months or so, trash is everywhere and the garbage overfilled. DO NOT MOVE HERE Infested with gnats, They don't pick up trash, No camera’s in the mail pickup room or garages that work, elevators don’t work, and management barely answers the phone. A lot of unnecessary charges. Packages get stolen, cars broken into… the community group chat is angry and fustrated. I moved in back in February and its been pretty miserable.

Front Office issues Maintenance and communication with the front office has been the biggest issue with this apartment complex. If that was to be addressed, this would be lovely to live here

Just don’t Please do not get tricked into moving here. I am counting down the days until my move out. Does 3 management companies in under 3 years sound good to you? I wake up to 4 or 5 cop cars having to circle the building to look for people way too often. There’s so much crime and nastiness. You can do better for so much less.
Not friendly management They are not providing professional service. I strongly suggest don’t live in here.

Be careful renting here Just moved into this apartment complex on Saturday, asked for my lease to be terminated on Monday. This apartment was filthy, hair all in the bathroom tub, dead bugs, spider webs, little brown spiders everywhere, another species of bugs I don't even know. The floors were horrible my foot was black, lights switch dirty, sinks dirty, oven and stove dirty, refrigerator dirty nothing was even attempted to be clean. Dog and bird poop everywhere. Verified Renter I was so in love with this apartment complex. The only thing that was a downside was the guest parking situation. However I was very disappointed to learn our assigned spots were being revoked. I was worried this would only hinder actual residents and cause problems with us finding parking and I was correct. Having my own parking spot was a huge factor in moving into this specific complex and I am so disappointed that the spots we pay monthly for were suddenly taken away.
